Simple, transparent pricing
Unlike platforms that hide costs until checkout or take percentage commissions, Nelori shows you exactly what you'll pay upfront. You control your margins, we handle quality fulfillment.
The Nelori Pricing Model
Subscription only, zero commission. You pay a monthly or annual plan fee for platform access and unlimited SKUs (depending on tier). We never take a percentage of your sales. You set your prices, you keep 100% of your margin.
When a buyer orders a print, they pay:
Your retail price = Base print cost + Shipping + Your margin
You keep your margin minus the base costs. No platform cuts, no transaction fees beyond standard payment processing (Stripe: 2.9% + 30¢).
What Goes Into Print Costs
Print costs vary by size, paper type, and fulfillment location. Here's what's included in the base cost.
Components of Base Print Cost
Costs vary by print size (8×10 vs 24×36) and paper type (standard vs premium fine art). You see exact costs before listing.
Sample Pricing Scenarios
Here's how actual orders might break down across different sizes and markups.
Scenario 1: 11×14 Print on Matte Fine Art Paper
You keep: $96 per print
Scenario 2: 16×20 Print on Baryta Paper
You keep: $192 per print
Scenario 3: 24×36 Print on Museum Canvas
You keep: $333 per print
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on print size, packaging requirements, and delivery location. Here are typical ranges.
| Print Size | US Domestic | International (estimate) |
|---|---|---|
| Small (8×10, 11×14) | $6-$10 | $18-$35 |
| Medium (16×20, 18×24) | $10-$14 | $30-$50 |
| Large (24×36, 30×40) | $15-$22 | $45-$75 |
International shipping: Currently available to select countries. Costs include customs/duties handling where applicable. Exact rates shown at checkout based on buyer's address.
Free Shipping Option
You can choose to include shipping in your retail price and offer "free shipping" to buyers. This often increases conversions despite a higher sticker price. Nelori supports both models.
Platform Subscription Fees
Nelori operates on a subscription model, not commission. You pay for features and capacity, not per sale.

Nelori vs Traditional Print Shops
How does on-demand pricing compare to ordering from local print shops?
Traditional Print Shop Model
- Upfront cost: $200-$500 for small batch (10-20 prints)
- Inventory risk: You store and ship prints yourself
- Per-print cost: Lower if you order volume ($15-$30 each)
- Shipping: You handle packing and postage per order
- Time investment: Research, pickup/delivery, storage, fulfillment
Best for: Established artists with predictable demand and storage space
Nelori Print-on-Demand Model
- Upfront cost: $0 (Free plan) to $48/month (Pro+)
- Inventory risk: None (prints made to order)
- Per-print cost: Higher ($22-$128 depending on size/paper)
- Shipping: Handled automatically, tracked
- Time investment: Upload once, sell unlimited times
Best for: Emerging artists, testing demand, or those without storage/fulfillment capacity
Break-Even Analysis
If you sell fewer than 20 prints per month, on-demand typically makes more financial sense (lower risk, no inventory). Above 20+ prints/month of the same images, traditional batch printing may offer better margins, but requires upfront capital and fulfillment infrastructure.
