What resolution (DPI) do I need?
300 DPI at your target print size is ideal. Our Printability Score checks this automatically and suggests which sizes will look best. Lower resolution? We'll recommend smaller prints or enhancement.
What print sizes will be available?
Standard sizes from 4×6" to 24×36", including 5×7, 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, and 18×24—all designed to fit common frames. We'll show which sizes work best for your image based on its resolution.
How do I choose the right paper?
Matte shows texture and soft tones; luster/baryta adds punch and deep blacks. We recommend a match per image based on its characteristics. See full paper guide
What paper do you use?
We use archival-grade papers including Matte, Luster, and Baryta from top manufacturers like Hahnemühle.
Is color accurate?
We keep your original untouched. Instant Enhance is non-destructive, and we suggest papers that preserve tone and contrast.
Selling & Fulfillment
How reliable are arrival dates?
We combine lab capacity and recent carrier performance to show an Accurate ETA window. If confidence is high, we show a single "Arrives by" date.
How long does printing + shipping take?
Most prints ship within 2-5 business days, then 3-7 days for delivery (US standard). You'll see an exact "Arrives by [date]" estimate before ordering, so buyers know what to expect.
Do you support tracking and reprints?
Yes. Tracking is shared with you and your buyer. If something's off, we support reprints when needed.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We'll replace it at no cost. Report damage within 30 days with a photo, and we'll reprint and reship within 5 business days. Quality is guaranteed—no questions asked.
Do artists pay any commission?
No. You set your price, buyers pay for printing + shipping, and you keep 100% of your margin. Our Pro plans charge for features (custom domains, insights), never a percentage of sales.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We have print partners in the US, UK, and EU to minimize shipping costs and transit times.

What about returns?

We analyze your profile—disciplines, location, career stage, and goals—to score each opportunity on a 100-point scale. High matches (80+) align closely with your practice; good matches (60-79) are worth exploring. Learn more

How often are new opportunities added?
We add new opportunities weekly, with deadlines ranging from days to months out. Your feed updates automatically as new matches appear and old ones expire.
