Which file types work best?
High-res JPG or PNG are fine to start; TIFF coming later. We’ll flag sizes that won’t print well.

How do branded quotes work?
Create a quote in your branding with a 15-minute Smart Price Lock and a believable ETA. Share via link or QR.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes on Pro and above. Use your custom domain with your Catalog and quotes.

What resolution (DPI) do I need?
300 DPI at your target print size is ideal. Our Printability Score checks this automatically and suggests which sizes will look best. Lower resolution? We'll recommend smaller prints or enhancement.
What print sizes will be available?
Standard sizes from 4×6" to 24×36", including 5×7, 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, and 18×24—all designed to fit common frames. We'll show which sizes work best for your image based on its resolution.
How do I choose the right paper?

Selling & Fulfillment
How reliable are arrival dates?
We combine lab capacity and recent carrier performance to show an Accurate ETA window. If confidence is high, we show a single “Arrives by” date.
Do you support tracking and reprints?
Yes. Tracking is shared with you and your buyer. If something's off, we support reprints when needed.
How long does printing + shipping take?
Most prints ship within 2-5 business days, then 3-7 days for delivery (US standard). You'll see an exact "Arrives by [date]" estimate before ordering, so buyers know what to expect.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We'll replace it at no cost. Report damage within 30 days with a photo, and we'll reprint and reship within 5 business days. Quality is guaranteed—no questions asked.
Do artists pay any commission?
No. You set your price, buyers pay for printing + shipping, and you keep 100% of your margin. Our Pro/Pro+ plans charge for features (custom domains, insights), never a percentage of sales.
Buying & Support
Will my size fit common frames?
We surface frame-ready sizes (8×10, 11×14, 16×20, etc.) and warn when aspect ratios may crop.
What about returns?
If prints arrive damaged or incorrect, we’ll coordinate a reprint. For preference changes, policies vary by order.
Billing & Accounts
How does annual billing work?
